Ludwig Blum was born 1891, Czechoslovakia. Immigrated to Israel 1923.

advanced studies, 1920-23 Amsterdam, Paris, London, Madrid.
1949 One of the initiators of the foundation of the first Artists’ House in Jerusalem.
1968 Recieved the honorary reward of “Yakir Yerushalayim” for his artistic tribute to the city.
Died in Jerusalem 1974.
